Gary recently completed a landscaping project for us consisting of a retaining wall with underground drainage as well as landscaping around our backup generator and gas meter. He also reworked two existing flower beds installing block matching the block used on the retaining wall and installed crushed stone in all areas and removed debris and installed topsoil in areas where we recently had two trees removed. We found Gary to be very easy to work with. Gary was always attentive too our question and any concerns we had and kept us well informed during the entire process. Gary did an excellent job and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the work that was completed. The final price was just what was quoted even though I know he put more time, effort and materials in the project than he anticipated. It was nice working with someone that cared, and we will definitely use Gary and Prestige Lawn & Landscape on our next project.

You can’t do better than Gary and Prestige when it comes to working on your landscaping and drainage issues… This a follow up to my drainage job of about 9 months ago… He did a wonderful job back then on extending my downspouts and sump away from the house to help solve the water issues in my crawl space… This time he came back out and extended the sump line further out to beyond my fence line to eliminate a saturation issue, due the amount of water that sump is expelling into the drain… My yard immediately started drying out and I think we have taken care of this issue for good… I really can’t wait for him to do a landscaping update in the front of my home next spring… I would recommend him highly fo anyone… Thanks Gary!!!

We had two drain lines installed out of our gutters to about 50' downhill. They needed to be buried and I did not have the equipment. I got several bids and Gary from Prestige was the most economical and seemed to have a better understanding of what I needed. I was worried the trencher would leave the yard a mess but Gary took the time to remove the grass layer with a shovel and replace as much as possible when he was done. The result was much better cleaner than I hoped thanks to extra effort and the lines are performing perfectly. I highly recommend Prestige

It is with good reason and not coincidental that all of the reviews for Prestige Land And Landscaping are five stars. Gary just does excellent work. He is reliable and trustworthy. I had Gary trim trees, repair and expand my patio, and lay approximately 75 feet, low retaining wall with heavy blocks. He shifted nearly one and a half tons of dirt and two tons of rock with a wheelbarrow because my yard was too soft to drive on. I kept adding work, and Gary just smiled and said, ‘sure, I can do that’. He also gave me some ideas to improve what I wanted done. And if he couldn’t come when he said he would, it was because we had 11 inches of snow. I felt his rates were reasonable, especially after watching him work all day. If you want or need yard work, call Prestige. I highly recommend him. But call now; I’m not the only one who knows about Gary and he’s a busy, hardworking man.

The work Gary has done for us exceeded our expectations with the work being praised not just by us but also by our neighbors. We needed a solution to some erosion on one side of our house. Gary installed drainage lines for the downspouts coming off the house and the water from the front yard. Once those were in he then built terraces along problem side of our house with stone stairs going from our driveway and along these terraces to our backyard. The work involved a lot of stone cutting which was done expertly. The cost was more than reasonable, he kept us in the loop on all aspects of the job, always showed up when he said he would, and was more than happy to explain how/why things were going the way they would (my elderly mother lives with us and I have to commend him for entertaining all her questions). We can't be happier. We hope to use him again for future projects.

Prestige Lawn & Landscape Saved our Curb Appeal!! Unfortunately, we hired a different company to build two new landscaping retaining walls in the front of our home. To our frustration, the landscaping walls weren't build on a stable foundation, they weren't level & they began to fall almost immediately after they had finished building them. We called Prestige Lawn & Landscape in to fix them. They tore out the old walls & they built new, stronger walls that are level & very stable! I wish I had hired Prestige Lawn & Landscape to begin with!
They did a fantastic job pulling old bushes and completely clearing 2 areas so we can update landscape With a new fresh look in early sting. Finished in 1 day instead and even adjusted my bill down since they finished early. Like so many others have said, I too had a wonderful experience working with Gary Chism with Prestige Lawn and Lanscape. Gary built a retaining wall / planting bed at the base of a tree for me using real flat ledge stone (which he also sourced for me). I had dreamed about this project for a long time and had a very specific look in mind. When the initial installation didn't match that vision, Gary was extremely accommodating to rework the stones until it was perfect - and he provided this extra attention without hesitation or complaint, which is increasingly rare! I could not give Gary a higher recommendation for those discerning folks who want something very special in their landscape - and want to accomplish it without hassle.
